Kevin began playing the drums when he was sixteen years old. He has performed in jazz, rock, and funk bands. This can be heard in the style and flexibility of his performance. Kevin studied with nationally-renowned jazz drummer Clyde Lucas, for four years, and credits this time and what he learned as his greatest musical influence in many ways.
